Spring Editorial (Not so Spring Weather)

As is typical with editorial work the clothing needs to be at least one to two seasons ahead of when the editorial was submitted. This is probably one of the hardest factors to deal with in an editorial shoot, clothes are harder to find, locations don't look as springy as they should and of course in Oregon it is freezing all the time except for our two month summer!

Last night I had the pleasure of shooting with the lovely model, Favour, for the first time. This girl is the real deal. We spent an hour in weather close to freezing in swimwear and she was able to produce beautiful images. When you see these you will think she is modeling in a warm African savannah not a freezing cold field in Oregon. Makeup was done by Heather Gathuru and Hair by Angela Sperry.
